To qualify for GPCF, a person must live in Georgia, must be uninsured (no Medicaid, Medicare or private insurance), and must  have family income at or below 125% of the federal poverty level.  To apply for the program, contact a Right From the Start Medicaid outreach worker in your local area of Georgia.  If you don't know how to contact this outreach worker, call our toll free client line and we will refer you to the worker in your area.  You will be notified regarding your eligibility for the program in 5 to 8 weeks after you apply.
