Prescription Assistance

Certain prescription medications have been donated to the GPCF program by such pharmaceutical manufacturers such as Pfizer, Inc., Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Laboratories and Novo Nordisk.

Eligible GPCF clients can receive a referral to a local, participating pharmacy where they can get donated prescriptions filled.  Most GPCF-participating pharmacies waive their dispensing fees, filling these prescriptions for GPCF clients free of charge.

GPCF clients must call our client toll free line at (678) 578-2920 (or 1-800-982-4723 if outside of the metro Atlanta calling area) after receiving their Catalyst Rx cards to  activate them, and to receive a referral to a participating pharmacy prior to utilizing the cards.  The pharmacist can confirm whether or not medications prescribed for a GPCF client are donated to the program and available free of charge.  Not all medications are donated to the GPCF program.  Only those donated medications are available to GPCF clients.
