**NEW** Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager supports the administration and function of the overall agency by developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall mission, vision and values of the agency. The Manager develops and monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. This position ensures that the organization runs smoothly and addresses important aspects from employee relations, to compliance, to benefits. Alongside of the CEO, the Human Resources Manager nurtures a positive working environment and acts as a bridge between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Care Coordinator - Metro Atlanta AND Coastal Georgia areas

The Care Coordinator for Georgia Cares is responsible for the coordination of services, communication with youth and service providers, and the assessment and monitoring of confirmed victims of DMST. The Coordinator assesses the involvement and trauma history of the youth and works with the youth to create a Care Plan to achieve restoration and treatment. **NEW** Communications and Resource Coordinator

The Communications and Resource Coordinator supports the reach and impact of Georgia Cares by engaging in community outreach, organizational marketing and communication efforts. The Communications and Resource Coordinator manages the Resource Closet and solicits in-kind donations for the youth served by Georgia Cares. This position is responsible for communications to include blasts, outreach, newsletters, social media, and graphic design of materials for all agency messaging.
