**NEW**  Care Coordinator
The Care Coordinator for Georgia Cares is responsible for the coordination of services, communication with youth and service providers, and the assessment and monitoring of confirmed victims of DMST. The Coordinator assesses the involvement and trauma history of the youth and works with the youth to create a Care Plan to achieve restoration and treatment. The Coordinator is responsible for adherence to the Individualized Care Plan, coordinating services, and monitoring youth progress. **OPEN**  Contract Assessor
The Contract Assessment Coordinator for Georgia Cares is responsible for the in-person assessment of youth referred to Georgia Cares to determine confirmation as victims of CSEC/DMST. The Contract Assessment Coordinator assesses the involvement and trauma history of the youth. The Contract Assessment Coordinator is also responsible for interacting with and educating partners on how to make referrals to Georgia Cares, as well as participate in partner meetings as needed to increase collaboration and communication. **OPEN**  Contract Hotline Operator
The Contract Hotline Operator is a direct service contractor position and is responsible for managing all hotline calls during scheduled shifts. The Contract Hotline Operator provides information, support, referrals, and service coordination to all callers. This position serves as a first responder in crisis situations and as the first line of contact with our Agency. The Contract Hotline Operator serves at least 1 weekend shift per month and is offered the opportunity to serve additional shifts during office holidays.
