**NEWLY UPDATED** Resource and Communications Coordinator
The Resource and Communications Coordinator supports the reach and impact of Georgia Cares by engaging in community outreach, fundraising and communications efforts. The Coordinator is responsible for outreach to under-reporting counties and organizing trainings throughout the state of Georgia. This position requires strong communication skills, as the Coordinator will manage marketing, the agency website and social media platforms. In addition, this position will seek in-kind donations and organize small fundraising efforts for the agency, intended to increase community support and awareness. **OPEN** Care Coordinator
The Care Coordinator for Georgia Cares is responsible for the coordination of services, communication with youth and service providers, and the assessment and monitoring of confirmed victims of DMST. The Coordinator assesses the involvement and trauma history of the youth and works with the youth to create a Care Plan to achieve restoration and treatment. The Coordinator is responsible for adherence to the Individualized Care Plan, coordinating services, and monitoring youth progress.
