**NEW**  Assessment Coordinator
The Assessment Coordinator position for Georgia Cares is responsible for the in-person assessment of youth referred to Georgia Cares for suspicion of DMST/CSEC. This position works with partner and custody agencies to communicate youth needs and recommendations for the care of victimized youth. T heCoordinator assesses the involvement and trauma history of the youth and confirms victimization. **NEW** Victim Support Program Director
The Victim Support Program Director for Georgia Cares performs both administrative tasks through supervision of Care Coordinator staff and cases, and direct service tasks in line with case management for victims of DMST. In this role, the Program Director is responsible for the coordination of services, communication with youth and service providers, and the service delivery and monitoring of confirmed victims of CSEC/DMST. The Program Director provides leadership, supervision, and support to all Care Coordinators on staff, and manages the case staffing and peer review of Georgia Cares cases. This position performs ongoing case and document review, reporting audits and findings on a routine basis, reporting of case management data needed for grant reporting, and maintains a caseload of 3-5 youth. **OPEN**  Care Coordinator
The Care Coordinator for Georgia Cares is responsible for the coordination of services, communication with youth and service providers, and the assessment and monitoring of confirmed victims of DMST. The Coordinator assesses the involvement and trauma history of the youth and works with the youth to create a Care Plan to achieve restoration and treatment. The Coordinator is responsible for adherence to the Individualized Care Plan, coordinating services, and monitoring youth progress. **OPEN** Contract Assessor
The Contract Assessment Coordinator for Georgia Cares is responsible for the in-person assessment of youth referred to Georgia Cares to confirm them as victims of CSEC/DMST. The Contract Assessment Coordinator assesses the involvement and trauma history of the youth. The Contract Assessment Coordinator is also responsible for conducting trainings with partners in their region to inform them how to make referrals to Georgia Cares and participate in partner meetings as needed to increase collaboration and communication. This is a contract position and requires a flexible schedule to accommodate a 24-hour response time from when a referral is received.
