**NEW** Contract Hotline Operator
The Contract Hotline Operator is responsible for maintaining constant coverage of the hotline and providing support to collateral partners who call seeking service coordination or informational inquiries, as well as on-going support to any Georgia Cares hotline volunteers. The Operator follows Georgia Cares’ procedures and protocol as it relates to emergency response and general staff guidelines, while understanding the complex nature of trafficking and each youth’s individual needs. **OPEN** Care Coordinator
The Care Coordinator for Georgia Cares is responsible for the coordination of services, communication with youth and service providers, and the assessment and monitoring of confirmed victims of DMST. The Coordinator assesses the involvement and trauma history of the youth and works with the youth to create a Care Plan to achieve restoration and treatment. The Coordinator is responsible for adherence to the Individualized Care Plan, coordinating services, and monitoring youth progress.
